Mediation 
David Cline has extensive training, education and experience in mediation of  civil matters.  In 2003 he attended his final 25 hours of training to complete his mediation certification training.  He is one of the select few in Delaware who is certified to be a NASD arbitrator.  He has lent his services to mediate numerous civil disputes.  His hourly rate for mediations is currently $455 per hour.

Hourly Billing and Mediation 

While the majority of the practice is devoted to representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation on a contingent fee basis (where we only collect a fee if we recover money for the injured person), our firm does offer legal services on an hourly basis in civil disputes.  As of January 1, 2007, our hourly rate for attorneys is $455 per hour.
