David P. Cline, Esq. Biography

Attorney DAVID P. CLINE, Esq.Dave’s practice is primarily in the area of personal injury, auto accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death and other civil cases on behalf of injured persons. Dave has been a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations since 1987, the Delaware State Bar Association since 1988, the New York State Bar Association since 1989, and the Maryland State Bar Association since 1990. Dave took the state bar exam in each one of these states and passed the bar exam on his first attempt. He is also a member of numerous Federal District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.

Since 1983, Dave has been a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army and continues to be an active member of the Army reserve. He is presently a Lieutenant Colonel serving as senior trial counsel in a Judge Advocate General (“JAG”) unit. He is married with five children and has his primary residence in Wilmington, Delaware. Dave has litigated personal injury cases in all of the jurisdictions in which he is licensed - Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York. Dave’s philosophy is that he will zealously represent his clients to the utmost of his ability while maintaining the highest degree of ethical standards.
